How do I create a shortcut on my desktop for att email. I have Roboform also and do not get a "create shortcut" message so I have to enter each time "att email" and do a search.

If you arrange your Firefox window so you can see the desktop, you can click and drag the site's "favicon" from the left end of the address box to your desktop to create a shortcut.
