Trying to upgrade from 4 b12 to 5 or 6 : when I run the download, I get the message Appdata\local\temp7zSEA02.tmp\setup.exe (or similar) is corrupt and unreadable - I've tried loads of times - help!!

more options

Every time I run the download to upgrade from 4.0 to any of the 5 versions or even 6, I get a message saying that a file in users folder is corrupt and un readable and the upgrade stops. The file is always in AppData\local\temp7ZSEA02.tmp\setup.exe, though the number7ZSEA02 may vary. I've tried different versions from different sources: the tempxxxxxxfile is always corrupt.

4.o.1 runs fine

Any ideas??

thanks

Stick with Firefox 4.0.1 for now!

Firefox 5.0 is in beta6 now, and will probably be released on June 21.
Firefox 6.0 is in alpha development right now.
