I cannot open a web page that I use all the time. It Says----- 403 Forbidden-Access denied You do not have permission to view this page or directory using the credentials that you have supplied.

Why? I have done nothing different to any other time.Changed nothing of my account

You might check Google to see if you should be using a different web page. Providing information like the url you are having a problem with might provide a substitute webpage.

Reload web page(s) and bypass the cache.

  • Press and hold Shift and left-click the Reload button.
  • Press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows,Linux)
  • Press "Cmd + Shift + R" (MAC)

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
