the options under privacy panel allow no choices on cookies e.g. blocking 3rd party cookies. how can I block 3rd party cookies?

running firefox 4.0.1. windows vista

On another computer, I have a different layout on privacy panel with options to block 3rd party cookies. I run the same systems as indicated above.

Chosen solution

At the top of the privacy panel, choose "Use custom settings for history", and you will then be able to set the cookie settings however you like them.
