I looked under tools on add-ons and clicked on plugins. It said to look for Java and enable it, but I saw no Java there, and I went to the java.com website and downloaded it. Where is it?

You can see the installed plugins on the Tools > Add-ons > Plugins (about:addons) page.

Your More system details list doesn't show the Java plugin, so you need to install Java if you do not see a disabled Java plugin.
