"show my windows and tabs from last time" don´t work if I at the same time mark for cleaning cashe and history. Is that correct? Is there a workaround or do I have to choose between this two?

Yes, if you clear the browser history via Clear Recent History if you close Firefox then Firefox can't reload the tabs as that prevails. Clearing the cache shouldn't be a problem.
