Yes, I know I can backup/save my bookmarks. However, I would like to know if there is a setting I can use to prevent Max Registry Cleaner from trashing my bookmarks when it runs.

Unselect Mozilla Firefox from the list of applications in Max Registry Cleaner's Options.
