Firefox crashes

Firefox was running fine, then today it crashed on me. I cannot get to the internet in older versions or newer. I have uninstalled the software and reinstalled it, still the problem is not fixed.

When I try to get to mozilla from my shortcut, it crashes, as well as when i try to launch it after the installations.

This may be caused by Trusteer Rapport. Try to disable it and see if that stops the crashing.
You can stop Rapport using Start Menu > Programs > Trusteer Rapport > Stop Rapport
You can ask their helpdesk when an updated version of their product will be made available or, if you don't need this software, uninstall it.
