I am trying to log into a web based system, called Mortgage Coach from my laptop, in order for me to log onto Mortgage coach a message says that I need to download Adobe flash 11.1. Adobe cannot be installed until Mozilla is closed. I do not know how to close Firefox so that I can do the Adobe download and then reopen again to have Firefox. Help!

After the file is downloaded, you begin the installation. When the installation starts, bring Firefox down with "Alt+F" (File) > Quit that is the proper way to bring Firefox down. If Firefox is still running after a few minutes then take firefox.exe down from the Windows Task Manager, from the "Processes" Tab. Also you might want to take down the plugin-container.exe as well.
