Is animation enabled?
I've checked and it's set to 'normal'
It doesn't loop be it i open from a webpage or open the file directly with firefox.
Maybe you can try this link, it's suppose to loop once more so the animation plays 2 times.
It doesn't happen in my firefox browser but with safari or opera it is ok.
Some more info if it'll help. My gif was done in photoshop cs4, I'm running FF 8.01 on OSX Leopard 10.5.8 on an imac

Anybody has a solution? Would be most please to hear it
I'm not seeing it looping in the current Nightly build (11.0a1) either, so that looks like a problem with that particular GIF image or a bug.
It works in Firefox 3.6.24, but not in Firefox 4+ versions that I've tried.
Thanks for the response. I was thinking if all other browsers have no problem including earlier versions of Firefox... I would think there may be some sort of a bug in 8.01. Can I file for a bug report here?
Similar problem here. With my animated gif, I am getting one less loop than I've specified. So if I specify 3, I get 2 loops in Firefox etc. Works correctly in all other browsers I've tested.
Attached gif is set to loop 3 times.
Whoops - didn't realize my gif in the example above would be converted to a png
Having this issue too. Set Looping Times to 3 in Photoshop 5.1 when I saved it to an animated GIF. It only plays twice in Firefox 12.0 on OS X 10.7.4. Plays correctly in Safari and Chrome.
Animation is enabled : image.animation_mode;normal
