I have tried all the suggestions to eliminate this problem including but not limited to: Clearing History, cookies, etc and Rename (or delete) cookies.sqlite (cookies.sqlite.old) and delete cookies.sqlite-journal and cookies.txt, if they exist, in the Firefox Profile Folder in case the file cookies.sqlite got corrupted. Applies to the following website. Does not occur in internet explorer 8
