When I'm trying to communicate with a person, many times it is helpful to the recipient if I can include a picture. I want a person's name from a mutual friend. It's helpful if I can send a picture of the person. Your e-mail sends the text. This picture is missing. THANKS, Bill Gilmer

Hi,

Firefox and other browsers just displays web pages and web mails. The emails, pages and actual functionality in the mail pages are provided by the mail provider. You may have to look in the mail settings or the mail menus for this, if the mail provider offers this function.

If this is related to Thunderbird please see this and the Thunderbird forum.
