If I load a page that contains Flash, I get a error message saying that Plugin Container must close. I am then directed to a page concerning Netscape Portable Runtime.

When I load yahoo e-mail the page freezes and I get an error message saying that "Plugin Container has encountered a problem and must close". When I submit the crash report, Microsoft directs me to a webpage about Netscape Portable Runtime. This page gives no information that is helpful. Does anybody know a fix? This problem has just started in the last few days.

Maybe not related to your problem, but your plugins list shows that you have the Mozilla ActiveX plugin installed.

  • Mozilla ActiveX control and plugin module

The Mozilla ActiveX plugin is not compatible with Firefox 2 versions and later and you should remove it.
