I have just read that you will not support 64 bit win 7 O/s so why am I being offered it twice now to be honest. you are correct this M/C is 32 bit but not my other one which is 64 bit

Chosen solution

Firefox Nightly it is not in the Release channel (Release channel: This is the standard version where the majority of users, including you are. It's fully tested and stable).

Nightly channel: is the most unstable and buggy one. It's where all the tests are performed.

so you can not see it in your update options.

thanks again

The word nightly (whatever is meant by that!!) did not show when I first saw the update; so I'm still none the wiser
