I just installed iMacros for Firefox

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/imacros-for-firefox/#id=3863

and I see that it was installed as an extension as per "Tools". However, I thought this new installation would generate an app on the Firefox toolbar that would enable me to access this new add-on. But no such icon is displaying (I also did a Firefox restart: no luck). Is there other way to generate or locate the app for iMacros?

Hmmm, the screen shot shows a sidebar. Perhaps there is a button to open its sidebar, on the Add-ons toolbar or available to drag to another toolbar.

You could try the customize dialog:

Alt+v (drops down the classic View menu) > Toolbars > Customize

If there is no button to be found in the dialog or on an existing bar, you might check for an Options dialog here:

orange Firefox button or classic Tools menu > Add-ons > Extensions

Each add-on generally has a Disable and Remove button, and many have an Options button.

As a last resort, you could check this menu:

Alt+v (drops down the classic View menu) > Sidebar
