It looks like the new tab page (Firefox 13, with the screenshots of your popular pages in it) is a mouse-only feature.

Is this correct? What are the shortcut keys to access the links on the page?

Hi,

As of now there aren't (most likely) keyboard shortcuts. Please also see this for working with the new tab page.
