I only get the top part OK. The song does not play and I do not get info on the bottom suck as the location time and date. It works fine on Explorer. I also have another PC in another room and this page works fine on Firefox.

Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache. In order to try to fix these problems, the first step is to clear both cookies and the cache. Note: This will temporarily log you out of all sites you're logged in to. To clear cache and cookies do the following:

  1. Go to Firefox > History > Clear recent history or (if no Firefox button is shown) go to Tools > Clear recent history.
  2. Under "Time range to clear", select "Everything".
  3. Now, click the arrow next to Details to toggle the Details list active.
  4. From the details list, check Cache and Cookies and uncheck everything else.
  5. Now click the Clear now button.

Further information can be found in the Clear your cache, history and other personal information in Firefox article.

No this did not solve my problem. As I had said I can open this link on Explorer without any prblem. I also have another PC in another room hooked too the same internet service and Firefox works fine with this link on that PC. I get the main picture, but not the info on the bottom with my PC and Firefox.

The web page uses "bgsound" to play an MP3 file.

<bgsound src="preview.mp3" loop="infinite">

If a website uses BGSOUND then it will only work in IE. BGSOUND is not compatible with other browsers like Firefox.
