Wat werkt er niet precies en verschijnt er een foutmelding of zo? Kunt u het bestand wel downloaden met een andere browser?

Does Firefox open the file in a tab?

Did you try to use "Koppeling opslaan als" in the right-click context menu?

You can set the Boolean pref browser.altClickSave to true on the about:config page.

Then you can hold down the Alt key and left click a link to save the file to disk.
