Hi guys,

I'm having an issue with a certain website only specifically in Firefox versions 13 and above. This issue did not occur in Firefox 12.

When entering the site (commongood.tv) the normal behaviour is clicking on the Play Movie button which will instantly load the Quicktime video and play it right there.

When you hit the homepage in Firefox 13+ you will start to hear the audio of the movie immediately and when you click play it will take you to the already in progress video.

I've been trying to mess with the auto-play values to achieve the original effect but with no luck so far.

Any ideas of what could have changed between Firefox 12 and Firefox 13 that caused this problem to appear?

(If you can't replicate this issue yourself try loading the video then reloading the page.)

Thanks

Hi this worked for me... After you've changed the stuff within the browser close it out completely, Open the actual QuickTime on your PC edit-preferences then you will see both player and QuickTime separately. You need to uncheck automatically start play in both preferences, in the second one it has a browser tab when you click that the default is set checked for automatically play in browser uncheck that go through each tab in both preferences and make sure autoplay is not enabled anywhere, Good luck Rhondar35
