When I login with my correct User ID: [X] and with my PIN: [X] and click the 'Login' button it does not take me to my account, but takes back to the same Login screen. When I called myfordbenefits.com they say it's Firefox's problem not them. I told them that they're the only site that I can't get into (I can get into all of my other secure sites), but they won't hear it.

First, you are using some EXTREMELY old Software, so that is likely part of your problem.

Do the Following: Update Windows. windowsupdate.microsoft.com. Run this updater multiple times until you have installed all updates, service packs, etc.

Update Firefox. Update Firefox to the latest release

Then update your plugins.http://www.mozilla.org/plugincheck.

All of these are CRITICAL and you must follow them in those steps.

After doing that, test the website again. If it still doesn't work, come back and we will follow up from there :)
