Plugins are out of date, went to Java, downloaded and installed. Restarted browser. Went to website today, received same error. Went to Java, downloaded, tried to save, file already existed. Ran file, PC said it was already installed. Problem not fixed.

hello bakuebler, apparently you have the latest version of java 6 installed - however support for it will end soon & java recommends that users upgrade to version 7: http://java.com/en/download/ (you might have to uninstall you current version from the windows control panel first)
