Import bookmarks from IE10 to FF18 brought only folders but not bookmarks

more options

I went through the import process to bring my bookmarks from IE10 to FF18 on my Win 8 machine. Now, in Firefox, I have folders in my Library that correspond to the bookmark folders in IE, but the folders are empty--no bookmarks in them.

Suggestions?

Thanks.

Ken

Chosen solution

Solved.

I had tried the "Import data from another browser" method, and that resulted in the empty folders.

After posting my question, I went into IE, exported the bookmarks to an HTML file, and then imported that, and it worked.

Thanks.
