Is NoScript still available in Firefox?.

I read on another website that Firefox had a thing called NoScript that would give a user the opportunity, when going to different websites, to turn Javascript on or off. Now I don't see a NoScript in the settings menus, but only the ability to enable or disable Javascript. Does this mean that I should disable it and only enable it if I'm having trouble seeing stuff on a website? I believe the "enable" was the default that Firefox uses, but there are concerns that Javascript with errors can be the occasion for a hacker to come into one's computer.

Madperson: Thank you for that answer, which was exactly what I wanted to know. When I went through the Add-Ons earlier today, I hadn't encountered the information on NoScript yet. I noticed that many of the Add-Ons are not available in the version of Firefox that I have, which is 19.0, but I will check regarding NoScript and hope it will be there.

I appreciate your taking the time to help me on this.
