hello, is this site using pdf as print output by any chance? that's because firefox 19 has introduced its own integrated pdf viewer - in case this is causing problems you can switch back to the plugin you've used before to view pdfs. just go to firefox options > applications & scroll down and define the default action for the portable document format (pdf).

Thank you for your reply...... I am having problems following the instructions "view PDF files in Firefox without downloading them".

This is only happening the Bank of America......not in other banks...........I am not clear on which to click on after going to applications.....Please help!

I called Canon Technical Support they check the printer and feel that it is not the fault of Firefox or my printer but that of Bank of America.

This fixed my problem too. Bank statements would not print the full page and other pdf's from on-line sources would print blurry. I am happy to be back with something that works!
