I'm typed in "obtaining a copy of a marriage lincense in NC and it took me where it was supposed to. Then I click on either of the two Vital Records site for North Carolina and it always tells me "Unable to Connect" . This isn't the first time this has happened to me, it has happened numerous times at different sites. It's just that this is the first time I've reported it. Can you help me Please??

Thanks, Jerry

It could be a problem with the site you want to connect to, the link you were given is wrong, A server is out at the time..... Go back to the page that gave you the link you want. Right click and select <Copy Link Location>. Then right click again and select <Open In New Tab>. If you still get the bad page, STOP. Move the mouse to the address bar, left click the address ONCE ONLY. Hit <CnTr> A, The whole address should now be highlighted. Right click the highlighted address and select Paste. Look at the new address. Does it look, for want of a better name, Normal? If you can't get any farther, post the links and pages in your next message.
