Password Genie may not be compatible with your version of Firefox. Updating may help you with your problem.

NOTE: You are not running the most recent version of Firefox. Consider updating to solve some security issues.

I didn't see anything on the publisher's site indicating a problem. Some general suggestions:

  • Assuming PasswordGenie installs an extension in Firefox, can you check that it is enabled here:

orange Firefox button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons > Extensions category
  • Can you check that you have the latest version of the software? The program may have a built-in updater or you might need to check the site. (I couldn't find a version number, unfortunately.)

By the way, what is the error message? It might indicate a conflict with a different add-on. If it's too twisted to write down, you could post a screen shot with a reply. This article has tips on that: How do I create a screenshot of my problem?
