Is it possible I'm running two versions of Firefox simultaneously?
When using Google on Firefox, I often get two versions, one telling me I'm running the latest version of Firefox and another telling me I'm not. My browser continues to get painfully slower and I can't afford this as I make my living online.

Google will display this message on the www.google.com/firefox page that was used in previous Firefox version.
Google has discontinued to support this page and added a hard code message that you use an outdated Firefox version if you visit this page with nay browser.
yeah ! you Can Use tow version of Firefox, simultaneously but is better to use the least version because when you Run Both Of Them Your CPU Should Processing two Of them And is make Your browser Slower, Specially when you has old computer .
Note that your System Details List shows:

You can set the home page to the built-in about:home page or to the main Google website (wwww.google.com).
