When I started Firefox this morning, my homepage was replaced with a search site - why did this happen?

I had my homepage set to my business website. It has been set this way for several months. Today, after starting up my computer and opening the Firefox browser, my homepage was reset to "www.sweetpacks-search.com/?barid=&src=97&". Also, any new tabs I opened were set to the same address.

Chosen solution

Hello lloydla, try the SearchReset add-on, the add-on only run once resets your search preferences and home page to their default values, and then uninstalls itself.

thank you
