Emails with attachments do not go thru.
I use Mozilla Firefox, Comcast, and Windows 7. I can send and receive emails, but when I scan a document as an attachment to an email it never can be sent. I have been told to change the outgoing port to 587. How do I do this or is there a better solution?

Make sure that your security (anti-virus) software isn't blocking the attachments.
Boot the computer in Windows Safe Mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) as a test to see if that helps.
