This is the error box I get as soon as I open FireFox. I never had it before. It started as soon as I downloaded FF27.0.1. If you cannot help me, I will have to remove FF from the family computer because it is very annoying. If you click OK, it goes away for seconds and comes right back. I will await your reply.

Open the Help menu — either from the orange Firefox button or directly from the menu bar — and choose Restart with Add-ons Disabled. If the problem goes away, one of your extensions is the cause.

If the problem persists when starting with add-ons disabled, try the following.

  1. Open the Add-ons Manager, either from the orange Firefox button, the Tools menu on the menu bar, or by pressing Ctrl+Shift+A.
  2. Click the Plugins category on the left.
  3. On the right, set the status of every plug-in to Never Activate.
  4. Restart Firefox and check if the issue still occurs.
