I have two macs, one a desktop (actually an old MacBook Pro that no longer moves) and a new Macbook air. I use thunderbird on both to manage the same three email accounts (2 work, 1 personal). Two of these email accounts are gmail, the third is managed by google, but is a separate domain name owned by my employer.

On that third account, the work one owned by my employer and managed (hosted?) by google if I put a tag on an email on one computer, it appears there on the other as well. But for the two gmail accounts, if I tag an email on one computer, it does not tag on the other.

I would really like to get the two gmail accounts to do what the non-gmail account is doing, but I don't even know how to ask the question better than this or where to start.

Can anyone help me?

Thanks in advance - Jeremy
