There are a couple of options, choose the one which best suits your requirements.

Open 'Address Book'.

1. This method lists the contacts one above the other in a list format. My personal opinion is that this method wastes much space and needs checking to modify scale as some contacts may have their name on one page and their details on the next page, but it depends on your requirements.

  • Select the address book in the left Directory Pane
  • File > Print Preview
  • you can increase the 'scale' to increase the font size.
  • you can click on 'Page Setup' to alter margins
  • click on 'Print' to print.

2. This method saves the file as a comma separated .csv file, which can be opened in eg: Excel or OpenOffice Calc. This means you can move and select the column headers, so enabling you to choose what information is printed. This will print in a table format with name on left side and eg: email address to the right instead of below as occurs in method 1. This uses less paper.

  • Select the address book in the left Directory Pane
  • Tools > Export
  • choose where to save the file
  • Give file a suitable name
  • Save As Type: Comma Separated .csv
  • click on Save

Additional info: If you open in OpenOffice Calc, choose 'separated by 'Tab' and 'Comma', it will show example under 'Fields'. then click on OK to open.
