I have a client who receives emails from me ok If he creates a new message to send to me I receive it however if he replies to a message he has received from me I do not receive the reply nor does he receive a bounce back frustrating as he assumes I have received all his emails

not sure whether issue would be my end or his?

I think it would be your end. Is the email address for the account you use filled in correctly? Check in Account Settings for that account name. Also check the user name for the outgoing server.

Many thanks for the reply. I've checked everything and it all seems fine. Also other people reply OK, as far as I'm aware it's just one person.

In that case, maybe the problem is at the other person's end.
