have downloaded chinese version of mozilla but want English instead

I'm in Taiwan and don't read Chinese. I already had Firefox in English but wanted to upgrade to the latest version. When I tried to get the English version again, it automatically switched to a Chinese version and that is the only one I could download. What must I do to get the English version?

Also, now that I have the new version in Chinese, my default homepage has changed to Yahoo in Chinese. How do I get my Mozilla homepage again?
