about:config is not an Addon, its a URL for configuration.

You can sync specific prefs that have a corresponding services.sync.prefs.sync.* pref that is set to true to sync these prefs to other devices.
All this prefs is true.And i can not sync about:config url.
What are you trying to do? You can't sync the URL
