Library windows shows bookmarks in the downloads tab instead of downloads
The unusable library windows (that replaces the usefull downloads windows) has 3 tabs, Downloads, Tags and All bookmarks. When I choose Downloads it shows me 10 of my bookmarks, it always are the same 10 bookmarks. (I have many more) Is this not supposed to show me downloads in stead of bookmarks ? If not (these days firefox developers have seemed to lost all logic so you never know what it is supposed to show here) then where can I find my downloads ? When I click on Tags (whatever this is) it shows me nothing, when I click on All bookmarks it shows me 3 bookmarks. Is there a way to get the downloads window back from version prior to 26 ?

You can check for problems with the places.sqlite database file in the Firefox profile folder.

The links are all about bookmark problems. My problem is about download history problems, not bookmarks. So I am not sure if this can help me.
The problem is solved using the first link. I had to export my bookmarks to html, than close firefox, delete all files beginning with places.sqlite, delete all json backup files and place the exported html file in the profile directory. Than after restarting firefox i finally can see dowloads again.
