flash pro support
Firefox for Windows uses the Flash plugin but I do not need that because I have Flash Pro installed on my computer. This shortcoming affects viewing some web pages like Facebook. I don't need the plugin. I have no problem viewing the same pages with either IE or Chrome. Can't Firefox recognize Flash Pro?

Google Chrome uses its own Flash plugin that is Pepper based and IE likely uses the ActiveX version. Firefox needs a 32 bit Flash plugin version that is NPAPI based, so if Flash Pro only offers a 64 bit version then this won't work.
Does Flash Pro state that they support Firefox?

Does Flash Pro state that they support Firefox? Hmm, shouldn't it be the other way around? Here's another way to look at it: I have flash pro on my computer; why should I have to install the free Flash plugin as well? Especially for the sake of just one program?
I am not saying this because I feel like being ornery. I truly don't understand the logic. And I don't want to run the risk of messing things up by running more than one version of Flash.
