In addition to my last question about mailing lists, I also noticed that when I type in the first letter of my mailing list, previously what would pop up the email the alphabetically comes first. But now when type in the letter a for example and email address pops up from someone whose name starts with an M. See screenshot

Keep typing. It now matches strings within an address, which is both good and bad.

Mostly Bad,

I could care less about strings in a person's actual email address if that is what you were saying below. I only care about strings in their actual names. What would anybody care about the characters in an email address such as (fake example) boogysnooger9999@doopcod.funk when the guy is your friend Fred? I wish these geeks would stop fixing things that are clearly not broken. I just want to be able to type "F" and then see a list of email designations that start with "F" and if there is only one that starts with "Fr" in my mailing list, as soon as the "r" is typed, Fred pops up. Since Fred's whole email becomes visible at that point, this particular change that some moronic geek on Mozilla staff made to this excellent program was just plain stupid.
