There should be an arrowhead at the end of the [Not Now v] option. Clicking the arrowhead should give an option to never save the password. See: Security and passwords settings Password manager - Remember, delete, change and import saved passwords in Firefox#w_make-firefox-remember-usernames-and-passwords
