I suddenly cannot send or receive messages in Thunderbird.
I think my version of Thunderbird was updated yesterday. Since then, I have not been able to send or receive any messages.

Check your firewall and see if it is blocking Thunderbird. Some firewalls see upgrades as new software and block them.

Thanks, Airmail. I tried turning off the firewall for a test message, did not work. I updated Windows and that resolved the issue.
