Firefox crashes
Firefox has crashed several times this month and I have found that I haven't received any new emails through my browser since 30th March 15. I have contacted 'talk talk', my email provider to see whether the problem is with my account, but as I am still able to receive emails through my mobile phone they have concluded that the problem must be with my browser.
Can you please look into this for me?

The crashes do not have any bugs or steps to reproduce, however there are listed addons and a warning about trying a new driver in your troubleshooting information. We can try troubleshooting these first:
Some of your crash reports weren’t sent to the Mozilla Servers.
In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers, click it and select Submit.
Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box below and paste them in.
