You will need to restart Firefox for this to take effect so save all work first (e.g., mail you are composing, online documents you're editing, etc.). I had actually tried that before, removing the check next to the hardware acceleration, and it didn't work. Last night I tried it again, as well as removing that same option from Adobe flash and now I am back up and running. Thanks.
