After updating TB to 38.2.0 bold font on the panel with Folder List, unread messages that are shown in bold in the received message list and all the text with bold font in the Calendar panel became blurry and almost unreadable. All the proposed solutions in the branch with the analogous question 4 month ago were not helpful. Does anybody know how to fix this problem?

Two questions you can answer:

a) what version are you running?

b) there is a setting of "hardware acceleration" at options | advanced | general - what happens if you flip that checkbox (if it's on turn it off, if it's off turn it on)??
