Edit description in bookmark

In Android/Note5, I want to view and edit the "Description" field of a bookmark. How is this done?

That is not possible on Android.

Three years ago, someone suggested adding a line to userChrome.css. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/942495

Wondered if anything became of it.
