Why am i getting notified everytime my persona (theme) changes
Somehow all my favorites disappeared from add ons appearance list. I restored them but not everytime they rotate i get a message YOU SELECTED THE PERSONA "XXXX" BY XXXX. To the right of that is the option to UNDO. This never happened before. How do I stop it.

You have two "Personas" extensions installed. Persona Switcher 2.0.4.1-signed (drsjb80@gmail.com) Personas Plus 1.7.4 (personas@christopher.beard)
Disable them one at a time to see which one might be causing that message to appear. I have a hunch that one of those might be a bit incompatible with Firefox 44 and needs to be fixed by the developer.
