I have just purchased a meditation program and it is a digital download. I have Mozilla firefox installed. how do I download this program and how do I access it after installation?

Having more than one version of a program may cause issues.
You must remove the older programs. Then get the current full installer.
You download the file just like any other file. It should end up in the download folder.
If you can't find the file, open the Download Manager <Control> J locate the file, and right-click on it.
