We have found the our Oracle forms user's experience in Citrix is much more consistent using FF, but we had concerns with continued support for Java plug-ins, and general browser maintenance in a Citrix environment. We were pleased to come across FF ESR (v45.x). We have this deployed in a test Citrix environment, and everything is working well - we are able to suppress all of the user prompts (security, upgrades, plug-in activation, etc). Before we make FF available for our Citrix Oracle EBS users, we need to understand a few things: Future support for FF ESR Will there be fixes/patches provided for issues that don't require a full upgrade? Profile management: FF seems to have a lot of bloat in user profiles, which leads to increased load times for CItrix users. We need to remove "junk" to cut down on the load times, but are unsure about what the "junk" is.
