on IMAP account Inbox folder does not show new e-mails the folder is empty. Sent and trash are synchronizing. I tried repairing the folder. I even deleted the Thunderbird folder C:\Users\username>\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird. Added the account again, but still no messages showing. The image shows that there are new messages, but Inbox is empty

I was able to add a second e-mail account (IMAP) and the inbox started to sync right away. The problem seems to be with only one account. The problematic account was also added to Outlook and the inbox started to sync as well. The problem seems to be Thunderbird and that specific e-mail account. Any ideas? Should I repair Thunderbird or uninstall then install? Thank you I would appreciate any help.

The image shows there are 99 unread messages in Trash but not that there is anything new in the inbox.

Are you sure there are mails in the inbox which aren't being displayed?
