Firefox has been crashing for approx the past month. Reinstalled and still crashes. Issues with Windows 10? Stated above. Also running very slow compared to chrome and IE. Curious, this is a recent issue approximately 30-45 days at the moment. Anyone else having similar issues? Not sure why a forum has to be started but I'll play along for now...

If the problem is Firefox, this is the place. If not, we may still help you.

In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP- in front of the numbers/letters, click it to submit them.

The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.

Using your mouse, mark the most recent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Press the Reply button. Now go to the reply box and paste them in.

Boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support to see if that has effect in case security software is causing problems.

Do a malware check with several malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.

Please scan with all programs because each program detects different malware. All these programs have free versions.

Make sure you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.

You can also do a check for a rootkit infection with TDSSKiller.
