What I actually want is to get out of the grip that Google seemst to have on all that we do.

Down loading Firefox forces us to go to Google play store.

Can we get Firefox directly from the Mozilla site without going to google okay store?

Using Android 5. Tried the steps: 1. Settings. 2. Applications. 3. All. 4. Browser. 5. Clear default. 6. Back to browser. 7. Select Firefox. 8. Launch default.

Now when I launch the Firefox browser and search I still see the google logo on the lef.

Does that mean Firefox is searching via Google?
